The mixology playoff, presented by Dilmah the world’s first producer owned tea, brought together 16 exceptional competitors at the iconic Hard Rock Hotel to unveil a new world of cocktail mixing-skillfully incorporating the delightful Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea, an extract of single origin pure Ceylon tea made fresh at Dilmah’s own Rilhena Tea Gardens in Sri Lanka.

Led by Tea Grower and Dilmah CEO Dilhan C.Fernando, with Dilmah Mixologist from Spain Alberto Pizzaro, and the talented Agung Yoga, this extraordinary competition sought to transcend the boundaries of mixologist by challenging their expertise to infuse the exquisite flavours of the Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea and the versatile Dilmah Yum Range into their craft.

 

The competition drew top professionals and acclaimed local mixologist, as whose exceptional skills and creativity illuminated the event. The undisputed star of the show, the Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea Range, took centerstage, unveiling its extensive variants, including peach, lychee, rose and vanilla, jasmine, black tea, and more. The YUM range featured fllavours of forest berry, earl grey with vanilla, green tea with lemon and lime, green tea with coconut and mango, and Oolong with peach.
